Welcome to the Ex. Pharmacy Students Association (EPSA)

Alumni Association of the Department of Pharmacy, University of Asia Pacific was formed for the 1st time in the year 2011 under the direct guidance and patronage of our beloved Leader of the Pharmacy Profession Mr. Md. Nasser Shahrear Zahedee, President, Bangladesh Pharmaceutical Society (BPS). The idea was first articulated by Mr. Muhammad Mahbubul Haq, a graduate of 2003, who became Secretary, Pharmacy Council of Bangladesh. Other stalwarts who contributed to the establishment of the Association were Shiba Prashad Bhowmik, Milan Mahboob, Irin Dewan, Mohammad Shahriar, Mohammad Shamsul Alam, Abu Md. Faisal Khan, Razib Kumar Kar and MD. Aminul Haque. The first President and General Secretary of the Association were Mr. Muhammad Mahbubul Haq and Mohammad Shahriar.

History

In 2011, a few ex-students of UAP arranged a reunion program, after that they realized the necessity of an alumni association. In the following year, the association was formed as a social club of former students of the university with the aim of promoting the interests of the University and its students. In 2012, the Association was registered under the Societies Registration Act-1860, Registration No: S-11430 by Register of Joint Stock Companies, Ministry of Commerce, Govt. of the people's Republic of Bangladesh.
